We embarked on an adventure across Hackney to discover the wild, edible delicacies to be found growing on our doorstep.
During the session, we explored Victoria Park and learned how to safely identify a wide range of plants. We then harvested enough wild plants to cook up our own two-course wild food feast!
James Wood is an artist and wild food forager, author of book 'The Foraged Book Project' and featured on BBC's Countryfile. With his company Totally Wild UK, James has led workshops and participatory events for over 5 years, aiming to give people the confidence to go out and pick wild edibles in the future.
