Participant testimonials.

“I didn’t realise I could slow down and take notice of details in this way… it has made me be more present in my life… taking notice of the little things. I have more reason to feel happy.”
Wayne, participant
“These activities have built my confidence and my communication skills and how I socialise with others and have helped me tap back into my creativity. They also have had a massive impact on my well-being and my self-care and how I see myself.”
Cindy, participant
I always felt that I never had a creative side to me but these workshops have proved me wrong. I have managed to take part and do things that I thought were impossible and out of my reach. At different points during the workshops my confidence and well-being has been shaken to the point where I feel more uplifted, present, worthy and have a little more self-love, and that’s all through your wonderful workshops.”
Robert, participant
